【Key Responsibilities】 • Customer Engagement: Actively promote OLED products to assigned customers; prepare technical proposals and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. • Business Enablement: Lead activities to obtain business awards, design wins, and customer approvals required to start mass production. • Defect Analysis: Independently investigate display defects reported by customers or found in validation; produce root cause analyses and corrective action plans. • Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer milestones and mass production readiness. • Customer Communication: Attend weekly customer calls, present technical status, and negotiate technical or schedule issues between HQ and customers. • Knowledge Transfer: Train customer engineers and internal support teams on OLED-specific behaviors, test procedures, and best practices. 【Required Qualifications】 • Minimum 3 years in field application engineering, customer support engineering, or related roles in display technologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred. • High-level English proficiency for technical communication and negotiation. • Solid understanding of display operation, manufacturing processes, and defect characterization. 【Preferred Experience】 • Prior FAE experience at a display supplier. • Experience working with ODMs on Display or SET integration projects. • Hands-on experience with OLED panels, panel characterization, and mass production readiness activities.
