【 About KKday 】 KKday is one of Asia's leading travel experience booking platforms, offering over 600,000 tours, experiences, tickets, transportation, and airport transfer products. The Strategic Operations Department (StratOps) sits within the Tourism Reach & Internal Partner Services Division and serves as the strategic hub supporting the entire business unit. Our work is to translate executive direction into executable projects, turn cross-team pain points into measurable solutions, and use data to help GM/GP hit targets. Business PM is one of the most central roles in StratOps, driving cross-regional and cross-functional strategic projects, including H2 business development and new ventures related to transportation, attractions, and automation (Robot). 【 Key Responsibilities 】 Project Management (~60%) - Drive projects forward and maintain project dashboards (Project Brief, Status Report, Retrospective). - Collect feature/business requirements from regional BD teams, prioritize with vertical heads, and align with RD — making sure dev resources go to the highest-ROI requests. - Plan and drive the roadmap of H2 development and strategic projects (Bundle, Grouping, JR P2P, etc.), tracking milestones and risks. - Drive adoption of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Robot automation) into regional BD workflows, with measurable efficiency gains. - Identify repetitive workflows and introduce automation or AI tools to accelerate team productivity. Cross-functional Collaboration (~25%) - Serve as the bridge between Strategic Operations and FA, Legal, RD, MKT, and regional BD/AM teams; proactively align stakeholders. - Support the manager in preparing C-level and division-level meeting materials — distilling cross-functional information into clear decision recommendations. - When RD's dev schedule conflicts with BD's business commitments, broker a compromise and escalate to the manager when needed. - Help vertical heads write and maintain SOPs for new ventures / new products; drive rollout and training across regional teams. Data & Analysis (~15%) - Use Excel / Google Sheets / Mixpanel / Claude / Gemini to speed up data processing and report production. - Monitor GM/GP performance across markets; flag anomalies in weekly reports and raise early to vertical heads. - Run weekly / monthly business reviews — produce decks and action items, then follow through on decision rollout. 【 Must-have 】 Hard skills - Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics preferred. - 1-3 years of experience as a PM, operations analyst, consulting associate, business analyst, or in a startup operations role. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic functions); able to work with data independently. - Solid presentation skills; able to clearly communicate complex logic via PowerPoint / Google Slides. - Native Mandarin; fluent business-level English (emails, documents, and cross-border meetings). Soft skills - Structured thinking: can break down problems into manageable sub-questions without getting stuck on emotion or detail. - Strong ownership: treats projects as their own; doesn't need to be pushed to take action. - Strong communicator: can switch language across RD, Legal, and Business — gets the right message to the right person. - Curiosity: actively learns the business context and the travel industry, not just executing tasks. 【 Nice-to-have 】 - Experience in OTA, travel, ticketing, transportation, retail e-commerce, or SaaS industries. - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel). - Has led cross-functional projects, or owned a product line / business line independently in a small team. - Japanese / Korean / Southeast Asian language skills (not required, but a plus).
