This is the most unusual role on our marketing team, and probably the hardest to hire for. We are not looking for experience. We are not looking for a fancy CV. We are looking for one person: the most relentless, most curious, most hungry generalist we can find, who wants to spend the next 2-3 years learning marketing at Conveo pace and is ready to outwork everyone to do it. Marketing at Conveo touches everything: brand, content, events, sales enablement, community, paid, social, product marketing, research, customer stories. You will help with all of it. Some weeks you will write. Some weeks you will run events logistics. Some weeks you will cut video. Some weeks you will do account research for a deal. You will say yes a lot, and say no almost never. This role is only for someone who wants to work at startup pace, at full intensity, on real work that matters. We are not promising 9-to-5. We are not promising predictable. We are promising that nothing you do will be busywork, and that in 12 months, you will be able to do things you could not do today. You will work directly with the senior marketing team, the CGO, and the founders.
