1. 產品教育訓練及說明會：舉辦公司產品之新人教育訓練、整理相關藥品資料文獻、以及至醫療院所舉辦產品說明會，介紹公司產品特點及與競爭者比較之優勢，提升業代推廣之效率 2. 藥品行銷企劃：協助主管分析市場潛力，擬定業績成長目標，及後續追蹤醫院進藥、採購進度及彙總報告 3. 陪同業務人員進行業務拜訪，並與KOL或Key Man保持良好關係 4. 產品文獻研究：研究公司產品之文獻，並提出報告 5. 與直屬主管討論業績目標訂定、行銷預算編列、進藥及業績成長規劃 6. 進藥及招標：進藥/招標流程之文書作業 7. 醫學學會參與：設立攤位之相關工作，推廣公司產品 8. 處理藥物不良反應相關事宜 9. 支援業務活動 10. 處理主管交辦事項
