Tasks Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and consistently Reach out to new leads to introduce Ahti via WhatsApp and email Handle incoming messages professionally and promptly Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks Requirements Strong administrative and organizational skills Detail-oriented, diligent, and consistent in handling routine tasks Good written and speaking communication skills (English) Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools Reliable, patient, and has a good attitude Willingness to learn and follow processes Familiarity with CRM tools
