1.採購價格：根據市場行情訂出電子料合理成本區間及材料成本組成比例. 2.針對公司大宗通用物料,與RD討論選料標準化/集中化(Ex.零件尺寸.....) 3.針對TWS耳機/HDT耳機/SPK產品,與RD討論設計模組化架構,建置可快速報價及RFI接段成本模擬之模板. 4.專案RFQ成本檢討:從成本及設計面分析和競爭者的差異,與RD&SCM討論並歸納出可再優化報價之事項
