Job description

1. 負責客戶/外包廠商，專案品質異常與客訴、主導 8D Report (FA Report) 、品質問題對外窗口。 2. 負責追蹤、反饋專案品質事項及處理對策、跟進追蹤。 3. 提供客戶專案品質良率報告(RMA分析、每日出貨報告、定期品質週報) 4. 處理來料品質異常問題，追蹤供應商改善對策。 5. SI 到廠商外部驗貨(OBA 開箱檢查)。 6. 制定可靠性Test Plan與ORT Test Plan，負責執行測試驗證，提供測試報告
