Job Description We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, capable of identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Upon achieving your target, you will be compensated with a high commission percentage.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle, including client acquisition and deal closure. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively managing sales activities and prioritizing key opportunities. Create and nurture leads to build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging, develop products/services, and enhance the overall client experience Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about the local apparel and fashion industry. Undergraduate/graduate degree from a first-tier university in Indonesia or abroad. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
