Job description
CHEMEMAN Management Trainee : CMAN Catalyst Program (Engineers/Technologists) What tasks will you be responsible for. • Rotate across key departments to gain a 360° view of how the business works. • Receive the chance to participate in international projects, obtaining firsthand experience throughout our global operations. • Solving real manufacturing and business challenges through direct projects. • Get direct factory experience, including shift work, and understand operations from the ground up. • Designated to collaborate on a work project alongside senior leadership. • Drive improvement and innovation across the organization. Who we are looking for. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Science, Robotics and Automation, Digital IT) • 0–2 years of work experience. • Strong technical foundation and good English proficiency. • A passion for technology and innovation. • Natural leadership potential and strong analytical skills. • Adaptable, a strong communicator, and open to change. • Willing to relocate and travel - both within Thailand and internationally. Preferred Knowledge (Good to have) • Good basic knowledge of mechatronics, control & instrumentation, automation, or related fields. • Basic understanding of Python with the ability to collaborate effectively with Python developers. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages is preferred. • Understanding of how Robot Operating System (ROS) works. • Understanding the benefits of using existing development frameworks and customizing them to fit project needs. • Understanding of the industrial drone and robotic products offered in the marketplace. • Willingness to join training, practice, and obtain certification from recognized robot manufacturer classes. • Relevant robot and automation project interests include industrial drone navigation, intra-plant delivery robots, such as product sample delivery, and autoloading applications. Some of the key project lists • Industrial Drone: Kiln refractory thermal inspection, solar panel hot spot inspection (farm/rooftop) and mining geology and operation map. • Industrial Robot and Automation: Autonomous delivery robot, e.g., intra-plant product sample delivery, AI vision autoloading. • AI and Agentic Program.
