【工作內容】 1. 供應鏈專案全生命週期管理 (End-to-End Project Management) •主導新專案的零件開發進程，涵蓋供應商選型、APQP 流程、試產風險評估、簽樣大會至量產爬坡（Mass Production Ramp-up）。 •全面管控專案時程、交期、產能規劃、風險控制與問題排除，確保專案按時且高質感交付。 2. 跨部門協調與團隊領導 (Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment) •領導並協調跨部門團隊（包含 SQE 品管、採購、R&D 研發、零件與產品工程等），高效調動資源以達成目標。 •主持內部及外部（客戶/供應商）定期會議，針對開發異常迅速組建對口小組（Task Force）並推動解決方案。 3. 供應商績效與品質管理 (Supplier Performance & QCDS Control) •定期評估供應商於品質（Quality）、成本（Cost）、交付（Delivery）與服務（Service）之綜合績效（QCDS）。 •針對表現不佳或高風險之供應商，制定改善計畫（CAPA）並持續追蹤執行成效。 4. 客戶溝通與高階報告總結 (Client Communication & Status Reporting) •扮演對外（客戶）與對內的主要溝通橋樑，定期總結專案進度、潛在風險與改善建議，維持資訊透明度。 •審核團隊報告品質，確保呈現具嚴謹邏輯與數據支持的解決方案。 5. 體系標準化與文件可追溯性 (Process Standardization & Documentation) •管理並確保所有供應商相關文件（如 APQP 交付物、檢驗標準、測試報告等）符合客戶規範與國際標準。 •維護專案開發全歷程之文件完整性與品質可追溯性（Traceability）。 English Version 1. End-to-End Component Project Management •Drive the complete lifecycle of supplier component development, from supplier selection and APQP process to trial production risk mitigation, sample sign-off, and mass production ramp-up. •Oversee overall project health, including schedule tracking, risk management, capacity planning, and delivery fulfillment. 2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Alignment •Lead and coordinate cross-functional alignment across SQE, Procurement, R&D, Component, and Product Engineering teams to maximize resource efficiency. •Chair internal/external alignment meetings and form targeted task forces to rapidly resolve technical or operational bottlenecks. 3. Supplier Performance & QCDS Management •Lead regular vendor evaluations based on QCDS metrics (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service). •Identify underperforming suppliers, establish Corrective Action Plans (CAPA), and track progress through implementation. 4. Client Communication & Executive Reporting •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent, timely, and logical communication regarding project status and risk summaries. •Review internal deliverables and reports to guarantee accurate, logical, and structured solution presentation. 5. Process Standardization & Documentation Traceability •Ensure all supplier development deliverables (such as APQP frameworks, inspection criteria, and test logs) comply with customer standards. •Safeguard document integrity and full engineering traceability throughout the development phase.
