We’re looking for a highly driven **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to help build and scale pipeline generation at Conveo. This is primarily an outbound-focused role. You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts and stakeholders, building targeted prospect lists, creating thoughtful outbound campaigns and messaging, and turning market interest into qualified meetings. You will work closely with sales and marketing to ensure our outbound motion is relevant, timely, and commercially effective whether that is through cold outreach, event follow up, webinar campaigns, re engagement sequences, or trigger based prospecting. Additionally, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for Conveo at international events to identify and nurture new lead opportunities. While you may support selected inbound qualification where needed, the core focus of the role is on proactive outbounding and campaign execution.
