運用 AI 工具,產出影音、簡報、圖文、說帖、訓練素材 設計可複用的內容模板與視覺系統,支援集團人資對內對外的品牌經營與重大活動 為新系統、新工作方法、新制度,設計對員工、主管、HR 三方的變革溝通策略 獨立 own 中小型數位專案,並協作集團人資數位轉型核心專案 建構集團 HR 知識庫與內容資產庫,讓後續轉型專案能快速複用 必備條件 3–7 年內容企劃、行銷、品牌、變革溝通、內訓設計或專案管理相關經驗(歡迎跨界背景) 熟練運用 AI 工具產出內容(文字、影像、簡報、影音擇強),能說明工具選擇與搭配邏輯 能在多任務並行下管理優先順序 中英文書寫俱佳,能將專業內容轉譯為大眾語言 加分條件 有專案管理經驗 熟悉變革管理框架或內訓設計模型 影音剪輯能力 流程自動化或 no-code 工具經驗 有經營電子報、Podcast、Newsletter 或個人作品集等自主產出經驗 #HRContentArchitect #AITools #ChangeManagement #DigitalTransformation #GroupHR
