1. 具BT/WiFi,行動設備或配件等小型化天線設計經驗尤佳 2. 熟悉OTA實驗室測試流程 (Efficiency, Gain, Pattern, TRP, TIS)。 3. 熟悉天線與RF儀器使用與驗証方法 VNAs, VSA, VSGs。 4. 熟悉模擬軟體操作 - HFSS/CST...等工具。 5. 熟悉天線測試與生產規範(FPC, LDS, chip antenna)，制定測試與驗証方法 6. 具備良好溝通能力，可獨自參與專案設計，與跨部門不同功能的同事參與產品設計
