We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Project Sales Manager to lead business development and project execution for international clients in the acoustics projects (e.g., headphones, speakers, microphones). This role combines key account management, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1.Key Account Strategy & Client Engagement Execute account strategies and annual sales targets for international acoustics clients Provide daily client support, including regular communication, visit coordination, and information gathering Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term cooperation 2.Team Leadership & Business Operations Lead and manage the sales team’s daily operations, including task assignment, performance tracking, and process optimization Train and mentor new sales staff to improve team capability and ensure revenue goals are met Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on execution and results 3.Project Execution & NPI Management Drive and oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from initial RFI/RFP to mass production (MP) readiness Act as project lead, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, quality, finance) to meet project milestones Identify and mitigate NPI risks, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth transition to MP Confirm shipment schedules, material readiness, and manage quotation activities Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to ensure project alignment and execution Resolve issues proactively during project implementation to maintain client trust and satisfaction 5.Market & Client Insights Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to support business strategy and product development Understand client pain points and technical requirements to propose tailored solutions
