戰略布局的決策者，帶領團隊攻城掠地這個職位適合具備宏觀思維、高度商業敏銳度，且能激發團隊潛力的領導者。【核心職責】 •業績目標制定與達成：負責事業部年度營收與獲利目標 (Revenue & Profit Target)，制定業務擴張策略。 •P&L 損益管理：控管整體帳戶的財務健康度，包含應收帳款管理、毛利分析及成本結構優化。 •團隊領導與人才培育：指導團隊成員處理複雜的商務與專案衝突，建立高績效的業務梯隊。 •關鍵窗口溝通：與客戶端的專案對階層 (C-level / VPs) 建立連結，推動長期的戰略合作。 •危機處理與資源調配：當專案面臨重大供應鏈危機或品質爭議時，主導跨部門決策，將公司損失降至最低。 •流程優化：持續改進業務標準作業流程 (SOP)，提升報價效率與專案成功率。
