1. 統籌或參與品質系統運作，具有ISO9001,ISO14001,QC080000,ISO14064,ISO27001等內、外稽核主導或協助經驗。 2. 負責/管理品質檢驗、供應商品質管理、失效分析等相關工作。 3. 熟稔ＱＣ手法並使用QC手法進行品質數據分析，推動產品與製程品質持續改善。 4. 有興趣利用AI工具與自動化思維，優化品保部門運作效率者尤佳。 5. 具製造業自動化/工業工程/製程改善相關工作經驗者佳。 6. 具電子製造業品質保證部門領導經驗佳
