Job description

1、負責海外子公司財務與稅務監管，按月/按季複核子公司所得稅計算，並提供稅務相關調整分錄，配合簽證會計師查核時程。 2、掌握各子公司所在地之稅務申報狀況與潛在風險，必要時協助子公司與當地會計師(如：四大/在地事務所)或稅務單位溝通、處理稅務議題。 3、每季計算並更新集團所得稅，編製相關底稿，提供簽證會計師複核。 4、評估集團各公司之稅務影響與稅務規劃，支援管理階層決策。 5、與各國子公司財務人員協作，配合月結、季結作業及溝通。 6、主管交辦之其他子公司管理、財務及稅務相關專案。
