我們正在尋找一位具備優秀溝通能力及客戶開發經驗的日本業務，負責拓展日本市場、維護客戶關係，並與內部團隊合作推動專案，以提供符合客戶需求的產品與服務。 工作內容： 1.負責日本市場開發，拓展新客戶及新商機。 2.維護既有 ODM／OEM 客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度並爭取新專案。 3.分析市場趨勢、競爭對手及客戶需求，制定業務開發策略。 4.根據客戶需求提供產品提案與解決方案。 5.與 PM、研發、採購及製造等相關部門合作，推動產品開發及專案執行。 6.跨部門溝通協調，追蹤專案進度，確保客戶需求及交期順利達成。 7.負責日常業務管理，包括業績預估、訂單管理、交期追蹤、應收帳款管理及客訴處理。 條件要求： 1.具 ODM／OEM 或電子產業相關經驗者尤佳。 2.日文能力 JLPT N2 以上，具備商務溝通能力（N1 尤佳）。 3.具良好的溝通協調能力、簡報能力及獨立作業能力。
