1. 負責新產線Layout的設計與改善及Line Balance效率的優化改善。 2. 負責生產效率與異常工時的檢討與改善及產能及場地規劃。 3. 負責設備效益分析及評估及廠內產線人力資源調度。 4. 負責重點機型改善cost down專案。 5. 豐富的工時改善成功案例，熟練使用CAD等繪圖工具(AutoCAD, Solidwork)且獨立跟進新機型試產導入量產事宜。
