Job description
卡牌收購與庫存管理 Card Sourcing & Inventory Management • 負責卡牌收購處理，追蹤卡牌進貨與補貨進度。 • 執行商品驗收、資料建檔、商品上架與庫存管理。 • 定期進行庫存盤點，追蹤庫存差異並處理異常狀況。 訂單與客戶服務 Order & Customer Support • 彙整商品資訊，處理日常訂單與出貨作業。 • 負責線上客服，解答玩家諮詢及售後支援。 營運支援與流程優化 Operations & Process Optimization • 協助行銷、線上/實體活動之執行與相關事務支援。 • 協助建立、維護並持續優化營運標準作業流程。 • Handle card sourcing processing, tracking inbound stock and replenishment. • Handle product receiving, data entry, shelving, and inventory control. • Conduct periodic inventory counts, track discrepancies, and address anomalies. • Maintain product master data and process daily order fulfillment and shipping. • Provide front-line online customer support, resolving player inquiries and post-sales requests. • Support the execution of marketing, online/offline events, and related administrative tasks. • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
