Business Development Representative

As a BDR, you'll play a pivotal role not only in traditional BDR tasks but also in shaping our strategic direction while modeling the path from BDR. This includes contributing to our playbooks, fostering collaboration across growth, marketing, sales, and product teams, and contributing to the foundation of our sales strategies. This role is for an ambitious individual with hustle and grit. At an early-stage startup, things are always changing. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment and can “run through walls” to tackle seemingly impossible challenges. The learning and growth opportunities in the role are immense. You’ll be a part of the first BDR team and have influence in the direction we grow. We have a collaborative, fast-paced work culture.
