1. RFQ詢比議價 2. 機構件成本分析 3. 新機種NPI追蹤/模具開模進度/對色/簽樣授權 • 擔任NPI階段採購窗口，追蹤打樣、開模時程，確保符合專案時間 • 管理模具開發進度（設計確認、試模、修模、驗模），協調供應商與RD排除異常 • 追蹤對色作業，確保外觀件色差符合客戶/RD標準 • 執行簽樣（Golden/Limit Sample）授權流程，作為量產來料驗收依據 • 複製模計畫：確認產線需求，規劃產能、開發週期與費用，於due date前取得開模授權 4. 海外在地化, 啟動PCN移模流程/製樣/試樣 • 配合客戶佈局需求，主導模具移轉至新產地/新供應商 • 依需求發起PCN並完成審核核准 • 協調移模後首件試樣與試模驗證，確保與原產地一致 • 管理移模時程與風險，避免斷料或品質落差 5. 新供應商開發 • 依製程能力、產能、地理位置、成本競爭力搜尋並評估新供應商 • 安排供應商稽核（含ISO9001/14001品質系統確認），建立AVL • 協調新供應商認證打樣，通過後納入AVL並與主管討論策略供應商規劃 • 開發具成本優勢之替代供應商，分散單一供應商風險
