1.執行SPK 單體/模組之2D/3D設計與性能模擬、Mockup發包、組裝、測試，以提升SPK 單體/模組之競爭力 2.提供NPI階段問題的FACA與DOE驗證、收集NPI相關數據、制定量產的規格標準，以提升SPK 單體/模組之試量產良率 3.進行RFP/RFQ估價資料準備、SPK 單體/模組之可行性評估、設計降價提案，以提升專案得標率 4.模具發包與DFM檢討、試模與零件確認、DFMEA、IPO規範制定、膠路繪製，以提升SPK 單體/模組之品質與生產穩定性 5.零件/模具認可、圖面管理、產品規格書、DR文件準備、Lesson Learn撰寫，以完善SPK 單體/模組之開發流程
