You will act as a trusted talent advisor—bringing market intelligence, challenging assumptions, and helping stakeholders make informed hiring decisions in a fast-moving and highly competitive talent market. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Search Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role intake and sourcing strategy through assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience. Stakeholder Partnership Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, organizational context, and role requirements. Translate business needs into clear candidate profiles and practical recruitment strategies. Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, assessment methods, and hiring risks. Facilitate structured candidate evaluations and help stakeholders reach evidence-based hiring decisions. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and provide clear, timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Assessment and Candidate Experience Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against technical, leadership, cultural, and motivational requirements. Design appropriate selection processes in partnership with hiring teams. Prepare clear and balanced candidate recommendations supported by evidence. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging experience. Manage sensitive and confidential searches with discretion. Market Intelligence and Recruitment Excellence Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to provide insights into target companies, candidate availability, organizational structures, and market movement. Track recruitment metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning. Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records in the applicant tracking system. Contribute to the development of recruitment tools, processes, assessments, reporting, and employer-branding initiatives. Support continuous improvement and the adoption of technology and AI to make recruitment more efficient and effective. Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal governance, data-privacy requirements, and applicable employment regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, recruitment consulting, or an in-house recruiting environment. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist, or leadership positions. Strong direct-sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder-management, and offer-negotiation capabilities. Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective talent strategies. Strong analytical skills and confidence using recruitment data and market intelligence. Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Thai. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders. High level of professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience recruiting within banking, financial services, fintech, technology, or another highly regulated industry. Experience working across multiple businesses or within a group or portfolio-company structure. Exposure to senior-level, confidential, or regional searches. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday. Experience using digital sourcing platforms, recruitment analytics, assessment tools, or AI-enabled recruitment solutions. What Success Looks Like Critical positions are filled with high-quality talent within agreed timelines. Hiring managers receive credible market insight and practical talent advice. Candidates experience a professional, transparent, and well-managed recruitment process. Talent pipelines are developed before hiring needs become urgent. Recruitment decisions are structured, evidence-based, and aligned with SCBX’s business direction. Recruitment data is accurate and used to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
