Job description

1. 新產品導入 (NPI) 物料與進度控管 •專案時程管理：負責新產品開發與試產階段的進度控管，確保專案如期順利量產。 •試產備料跟催：掌控 BOM 表（物料清單）料件到位狀況，協調採購與物控（MC）確保試產物料準時達交。 •突發狀況處理：靈活應對缺料危機、生產風險與工程變更。 2. 跨部門溝通與供應鏈協調 •跨界橋樑角色：串聯品牌端、內部研發（RD）、PM、採購、工廠製造端與外部供應商。 •資源妥善分配：在物料短缺時，負責跨部門/跨國協調，妥善分配稀缺資源並化解潛在風險。 3. 客戶關係與商務管理 •需求回覆：快速回應客戶需求、提供專案各階段的交期進度。 •客戶問題解決：協助團隊夥伴解決客戶痛點，維持良好的客戶滿意度。
