As a BDR, you'll play a pivotal role not only in traditional BDR tasks but also in shaping our strategic direction while modeling the path from BDR. This includes contributing to our playbooks, fostering collaboration across growth, marketing, sales, and product teams, and contributing to the foundation of our sales strategies. We’re looking for a full-time Head of Engineering. As a member of the Leadership team, you will report directly to our co-founder and CEO. You will own the engineering roadmap, lead all software engineers at OneSchema, and set the pace, culture, and technical vision for the team.
We’re looking for a full-time Sr. Software Engineer. As an early member of our Engineering team, you will go 0 to 1 on our most important AI agent initiatives. You will be given a lot of autonomy, and the chance to learn in one week what it would take one month to learn elsewhere. Our stack consists of React, TypeScript, Rust, and Ruby. We work with all the popular foundation models to support both coding agent use-cases as well as vision language model use-cases. You will report directly to our co-founder.
