# The Context
Our events engine is firing. Dallas just delivered 20 meetings booked; Qual360 NA added another 14. We have three more US events in April alone, and the calendar is only growing. We need someone on the ground in the US who can own that delivery at full intensity while we keep building the global strategy, reporting engine, and lead-scoring framework centrally.
Our Events Lead (@Julia Sirotina) runs the global events operation — strategy, commercial negotiations, reporting, and the EMEA calendar. She will continue to own the global event strategy and commercial roadmap, including contract renewals, the reporting engine, and global lead scoring. This role reports directly to her and focuses 100 % on **US execution and growth** : delivering high-impact events, running virtual activations, and expanding our US footprint.
This is not a strategy-design role. The strategic roadmap, data engine, and global playbook already exist. You plug into that system and make US events excellent — fast, consistent, and pipeline-generating.
# Your Mission
### 1. Deliver US events that feel category-defining
We don't do "good enough" booths or forgettable presence. You make Conveo unmissable at every US event.
- Lead end-to-end on-the-ground execution: booth setup, merch, logistics, travel, vendor management, on-site coordination
- Manage multiple events running in parallel across different US cities
- Secure speaking slots and panel positions that put Conveo at the center of industry conversations
- Organize VIP dinners, roundtables, and side-events that deepen relationships with enterprise prospects and customers
- Build repeatable checklists and vendor processes so quality scales with volume
### 2. Run and grow virtual events and activations
Virtual is a multiplier. You own virtual events as a channel to reach US audiences between in-person moments.
- Plan and execute virtual roundtables, webinars, and digital activations targeting US personas
- Coordinate speakers, content, and promotion with marketing and sales
- Ensure virtual events feed the same lead-capture and follow-up workflows as in-person
### 3. Turn events into measurable pipeline
Events are a growth engine, not a brand exercise. You own the connection between presence and revenue at every US event.
- Execute lead capture and qualification workflows designed by the global events team
- Partner with Sales and AEs on pre-event targeting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
- Track and report US event results: pipeline generated, meetings booked, deals influenced
- Run post-event debriefs that feed learnings back to the global playbook
### 4. Grow Conveo's US presence and network
You become the person the US industry knows and trusts.
- Cultivate relationships with event organizers, industry associations, and key influencers in the US market research and insights space
- Scout emerging events and communities where Conveo should have early presence and flag them to the Events Lead
- Translate real-world event energy into social media content and brand visibility
- Use events to strengthen relationships with existing customers and generate expansion opportunities

- 2–4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, with hands-on execution ownership
- Track record of delivering 10+ events per year across a mix of conferences, owned events, and activations
- Strong vendor management skills: booths, production, merch, logistics, venues

That combination is dangerous if nobody owns it.
If we do this badly, new hires take 3 months to become useful, tenured team members lose track of what the product actually does, and sales shows up to Fortune 500 meetings with last quarter's story. If we do this well, every new hire is impactful inside 30 days, the whole company understands the product and the positioning in real time, and Conveo keeps the quality bar of a 20-person team at 170 people.
That is your job.
As our Learning & Development Lead, you will **own how Conveo learns, at the speed Conveo ships**. You will design, run, and constantly rebuild the two learning systems that matter most right now:
1. **Onboarding** : how every new Conveo hire goes from "first day" to "fully productive" fast, consistently, and with a quality bar
2. **Continuous enablement** : how every existing team member stays current as product, positioning, and company evolve
You are not building a traditional L&D function. You are building a modern, AI-powered, just-in-time learning system for a company that is literally changing under its own feet.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- **Hypergrowth onboarding** : the gateway every new hire passes through
- **Product and positioning enablement** : the loop that keeps the whole org current
- **Operational excellence** : systems and measurement, not "nice to have" workshops
- **Culture scaling** : keeping Conveo's ambition, taste, and quality bar intact at 5x the team size
_This role is only for someone who sees L&D as the operating system of a fast-scaling company, not a cost center._
This is the most unusual role on our marketing team, and probably the hardest to hire for.
We are not looking for experience. We are not looking for a fancy CV. We are looking for one person: the most relentless, most curious, most hungry generalist we can find, who wants to spend the next 2-3 years learning marketing at Conveo pace and is ready to outwork everyone to do it.
Marketing at Conveo touches everything: brand, content, events, sales enablement, community, paid, social, product marketing, research, customer stories. You will help with all of it. Some weeks you will write. Some weeks you will run events logistics. Some weeks you will cut video. Some weeks you will do account research for a deal. You will say yes a lot, and say no almost never.
This role is only for someone who wants to work at startup pace, at full intensity, on real work that matters. We are not promising 9-to-5. We are not promising predictable. We are promising that nothing you do will be busywork, and that in 12 months, you will be able to do things you could not do today.
You will work directly with the senior marketing team, the CGO, and the founders.
Conveo is in the room with the biggest brands on the planet: Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange, Colgate, Haleon, Beiersdorf. Deal sizes are moving from $100K to $500K, $1M, and $5M. Every one of these meetings is won or lost in the last mile: the deck, the live workflow, the briefing doc that feels like it was made for them because it was.
Today, sellers and founders build that content themselves. That's the ceiling between us and $50M.
As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will **own the last mile of every high-ACV deal**. You will design the content, live demos, and meeting-grade assets that turn six-figure conversations into seven and eight-figure ones. You will pair up with the deal team the day before a Fortune 500 meeting and ship something nobody else in enterprise software could have shipped in the time available.
This is not a "run an enablement calendar" role. This is not a "publish battle cards into Notion" role. This is a design-heavy, AI-native, builder role for someone who believes that how you show up is strategy.
