Admissions workflow scope
Uses the same platform features as recruiting mode; wording is geared to admissions and interviews—pipeline stage keys stay identical.
Admissions onboarding (5 steps)
Same HR backend—labels shift to Sessions, Applicants, and Selection pipeline so institutes launch faster.
Recommended order (matches Settings guidance in-product):
- Settings → connect calendar & mail, templates for invites / bookings.
- Sessions: create intake sessions (stored as jobs) and attach question flows.
- Applicants: bulk-import or add names; advance Screening → Interview → Review on the pipeline board.
- Video interviews & reports: send AI/video invites—applicants complete via secure email links.
- Exports & analytics—subscription quotas and Webhooks remain in HR admin.
