Frequently asked questions about MIND Interview.

Products & Services

What products and services does MIND Interview offer?

MIND offers three core services: (1) AI Resume Analysis (Resume Lite) — quickly build resume shortlist; (2) AI Interview System (SaaS) — async video interviews, auto-scoring, and reports; (3) AI Headhunting — executed by MIND's consultant team, delivers visual recommendation reports.

How does AI interview differ from traditional interviews?

AI interviews use async video mode—candidates can record answers anytime, anywhere, without scheduling with interviewers. The system dynamically generates questions based on job requirements and candidate background, scores with standardized Rubrics, and produces visual reports with video links.

Can AI interview be used for internal training beyond recruitment?

Yes. Companies can provide training materials and standard answers to build question banks and scoring dimensions, enabling sales, insurance, customer service staff to practice and be assessed via AI interviews.

Who are MIND's target customers?

We serve corporate HR and headhunters. Enterprise clients include mid-to-large companies, multinationals, and HR solution providers.

What languages does MIND support?

The system supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, and more—suitable for global recruitment and multilingual teams.

Yes. Resume Lite can be used standalone to build shortlists. If you need interview validation later, you can add the AI interview system—both can be adopted in phases.

SaaS is self-service; Headhunting is executed by MIND's consultant team—including proactive sourcing, pre-interviews, and visual report delivery—ideal for critical roles or when companies lack internal recruiting resources.

Does MIND offer a trial?

How long does system rollout take?

Standard SaaS implementation: about 2–4 weeks (account setup, question bank, Rubric calibration). Headhunting: typically 1–4 weeks to deliver candidates, depending on role difficulty.
