Service Description
- 3.1 Mind Interview provides AI-driven asynchronous video interviews, including dynamic, personalized questions as well as automated scoring and personality analysis.
- 3.2 Mind Recruit offers enterprises supplemental tools for managing, reviewing, and sharing candidate interview data and reports.
- 3.3 We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable Use
- 4.1 You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- 4.2 You agree not to infringe any third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
- 4.3 You agree not to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, including attempts at unauthorized access.
- 4.4 You agree not to upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Intellectual Property
- 5.1 All content, software, designs, trademarks (including "Mind Interview" and "Mind Recruit"), and technology are owned by SSC LLC or its licensors.
- 5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
- 5.3 No other rights are granted; you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User-Generated Content
- 6.1 You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., interview recordings, profile data).
- 6.2 By submitting content, you grant SSC LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Data Collection and Privacy
- 7.1 The collection, use, and sharing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
- 7.2 We implement industry-standard security measures (e.g., HTTPS/TLS, Google Firebase security rules) to protect your data.
Disclaimer
- 8.1 The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- 8.2 We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes or candidate performance.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSC LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSC LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Termination
- 11.1 We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
- 11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating thereto shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). You and SSC LLC agree that the Taipei District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
